Looks nice. I built a few of them when i worked at Hillside 4x4 using a front spindle for whatever rig it was on complete with a lockout hub so you could lock it in any position plus it gives you spare parts if you have a meltdown on the highway. Im sure i wasnt the first to come up with that idea but its worrth sharing because the ability to lock a tire carrier is handy..
From the only state in the USA where O'dumbass failed to carry a single county.

Thanks. The client picked it up tonight and was happy with the clean lines, simple operation, and stout craftsmanship. Looks good coated and as if it was meant to be there. Been a little while since I have taken on a simple/basic project like this again and it was enjoyable. Isually people want 20 pounds of crap in a 5 pound bag. Was just a nice changeClod Hopper wrote:That looks great!! I like the pin stop at the hinge.

So he was spreading false info? I thought all lawyers did that. One side says he is guilty and the other says not guilty, so one is spreading false info? Normal stuff. Deep staters targeting political opponents.
Govt protectionism treating citizens as children so they rely on govt. People need to grow up, turn on their thinker caps and realize some info is false and do some adulting.
Proudly un-offended.

One of my favorite ways to unwind is watching horrible British comedies. Monty Python started it all, then Top Gear. Now I tend to watch shows like Taskmaster and Countdown. Here is a short tribute to one of the funnier comedians who graced their stage. RIP Sean Lock. You will be missed. F Cancer

Merry Clayton
"One day, Merry Clayton was in her bed, pregnant, with hair curlers in and silk pajamas on, when she received a phone call at her Los Angeles home about midnight in the autumn of 1969. On the other line was producer Jack Nitzchke, who said there were some musicians in town from England who wanted a female vocalist to help with a song. Those musicians happened to be the Rolling Stones and the song was “Gimme Shelter,” but Clayton had no clue who the Rolling Stones were and initially resisted.
After all, she was pregnant, tired, and almost in bed with her husband.
But after being convinced by her husband to go help out, Clayton put on a coat and went outside to a car waiting to take her to the studio.
Clayton was still in her hair rollers and her pajamas when she arrived to meet the band….. They gave her one line to sing. And she did."

Courage is knowing it might hurt, and doing it anyway.
