What a weird Lil Creep, who THINKS I care what an uneducated boy says?
Again, the lil guy has no understanding of NFA items from his post years ago, (The tax stamp was too expensive LOL) thinks that being above the law is "cool" AND in general only thinks laws and clarification of an existing issue, makes her above the law LOL...

Ok for once in a long time, i am going to reply to you. Have you ever gone back and read what you type after you sober up the next day? I am of course giving you the benefit of doubt that you do actually sober up occasionally. You keep "quoting" things i have said but how would you know anything ive said since fake dont read my posts? I don't remember ever saying anything about $200 for a tax stamp being "too expensive ". I may have said that its BS that the ATF is able to tax you on a right that is already given to us by the 2nd amendment. Ive also never said that im above the law. I may or may not have one or more AR pistols with braces but if so, i am perfectly legal having them as I am a memeber of the GOA who sued and won an injunction against the illegal ATF rule making pistol braces illegal. Yes, its a temporary injunction because the illegal ATF will fight it and it will most likely end up at the Supreme Court but we will ultimately win in the end.1BGDOG wrote:What a weird Lil Creep, who THINKS I care what an uneducated boy says?

Either way, you have bragged on a public forum that you have three AR pistols and are proud of yourself for volunteering all of your information to the ATF and by doing so, you have limited yourself of rights you already had. You cant carry any of your NFA items across state lines without sending a request syaing pretty please and waiting for an authorization. You cant sell any of your NFA items without going through a BS process. The ATF knows exactly what you have and where they can come get it at.
Whatever dude. I doubt you own any guns anyway other than maybe a daisy bb gun and you probably have to ask your mommy if you can play with it when you come up out of her basement once a month.

Ok, back to actual news on the topic the OP posted about rather than bragging about volunteering personal information on what you may or may not own that falls into the category and freely giving up rights in the process, here we go.
The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals today came out with a ruling that the ATFs pistol brace rule is most likely illegal as well as against the constitution and said that said rule has little chance of survival in court. They have been given 60 days to basically change it then it will go to court where it again, according to them has very little chance of being found valid.
I knew that this rule would go down but suddenly, it seems like it may happen sooner than i thought.

Wowzers.... I just saw more of the decision handed down by the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals yesterday and they mopped the floor with the ATFs brace rule saying it was not only unconstitutional but and illegal act because as we have been saying, only Congress can make laws.
A second judge also wrote an added decision saying that he completely with everything in the main decision but it needs to go farther because even adding an actual stock to a pistol should not make it an NFA item.
This is awesome news. Hope it keeps barreling ahead.

I keep clicking on the thread to make it not bold on my page.... The childish stuff does take me back to when this board had traffic with many childish participants that brought a few laughs. It was fun back then along with Pirate ....
The world and internet have both changed a ton for the most part, but I get to cling to stuff like this in my old age... lulz

This is true and i gotta admit that it fits however, i am the only person in this thread who has actually spoken to the facts of what has been going on with the BS ATF rule other than some guy that brags about how many NFA items he ownes and how many more he has freely given up his information and rights to add to that count. Just sayin'...ni0h wrote:Even a blind sow finds an acorn once in a while.![]()

Judge Reed O'Connor just demolishes the ATF over the pistol brace rule. Its getting good. The decision he just wrote may go beyond doing away with the illegal pistol brace rule but extend onto doing away with the whole SBR designation by the time its said and done.

This is either the third of forth lawsuit that we as in the people have won. In cases of the first two or three, injuctions were only granted to the individuals and or groups named in the suit. This one completely vacates the rule so it covers everyone.tacotoy wrote:Is this just with the single gun group deal or overall the whole thing is gone? I fully admit i have only followed this issue based on the few actual details in this thread.
Of course it will be challanged...again and will most likely end up at the Supreme Court where once again, thanks to the Bruin decision last year by the Supreme Court it will finally be shot down completely.

Thats what I thought, thanks for keeping the news in here. And yeah, give it a year or 2 before it ends up through all of the appeals process....creepycrawler wrote:This is either the third of forth lawsuit that we as in the people have won. Here is a vid actually showing every page of the decision buy the Judge while its being read. This Judge even specifies that his court did not have to go into it blind because of the other court decisions over the last few months and throws the ATF under the bus for going against once again, the Bruen case that came out of the Supreme Court last year. Its about 12 minutes long if you want to see and or hear the exact verbage of the decision.

In other 2A news, the 4th circuit court of appeals has just ruled that state laws requiring citizens to have a "carry license" aka known as CCW is un constitutional. The anti-gunners are losing pretty much everything at this point. This was a Firearms Policy Coalition law suit who i am also a member of.
Edited because i was a little wrong. Ok, i misspoke there a bit. This is for the states that make you go go through all the stuff that it takes to get a CCW just to purchase and own a firearm.

And now the ATF is being forced to return all confiscated bump stocks to owners. The ATF just keeps losing and i love it. It is an illegal group that makes illegal laws when they don't have the power or authority to make laws.
