Rain on and off all day.

A good day to stay inside - we'll see how smart management really is.

Its definitely green. This is my scenery on my big 3-4 minute commute to work. A couple of ponds and grass and pecan trees is about all there is to see.

Assembling the Sam's Club version of a Blackstone today so we, too, can grill stuff.

Big rain predicted for tomorrow. Maybe we can sorta look like Oklahoma for a week or two.

It was a beautiful day but I forgot to eat anything. Now i have a dilemma. Do i eat now which will assure i dont sleep at all tonight or do i just wait and eat at lunch tomorrow which will mean i won't have eaten since Saturday at 4ish? I dunno. I guess ill just wait and eat tomorrow. Either way, im pretty sure that im not super egg cited for mundee which is right around the corner.

Only mid 50s before this turns into a rainy Monday.

Strung 150' of fence and then assembled the faux Blackstone griddle yesterday.

Still tarred.

(I forgot to eat, too.)

Normally, I'd call you a wuss for being allergic to pecans, but it seems I've recently developed an allergy to bananas, which sucks since I like 'em... Didn't know that was a real thing but google says it is and can develop "later" in life ... guess that means I'm also old.

You didn't need Google to tell you that....we've known that for a while (yeah, you're old!).

May be another Saturday, too. I'll know by 0800.

I hope Louisiana is thirsty. They are saying the lake might crest the spillway by this evening. Last time we did this, it was flowing over the 400 yard long spillway at 5 feet deep on top of all the gates being open on the dam.

Its gone up almost a foot since midnight and for a lake with 850ish miles of shoreline, that is a metric butt ton of water.

Ed Zachary!

If you get one with multiple size capability you can grind corn into chicken feed or make the finest pastry flour with wheat, barley, etc.
