Sadurdee. 65 to a partly something 86 with maybe an afternoon thunderboomer. I need to actually get serious about getting ready for vacation this weekend.

Rough week. I wish denver would keep their aircraft going to denver instead of coming to obliterate us in sheer numbers, 4 hours of hell. I wrecked my back, my ankle is sore, I don't know if my aging body can take much more of this abuse. I'm having a good weekend so far though.

73 to 83 with more afternoon thunderboomers. Yesterday's thunderboomers mostly just made a lot of noise and barely sprinkled.

Think of a firefighter pulling firehose for 4 straight hours, that is very similar to what I'm doing.

Partly cloudy, a high of 59, and an 82% chance of rain on what should be another Saturday.

We'll see.....

70 degrees with sunshine on this Tuesday.

Going to work for a few hours just to finish what didn't get done yesterday.

It is at least fridee eve..ish.

I swear, my yard has grown 3 inches just yesterday and overnight after the couple more inches of rain we got mundee night and sunshine since so now im gonna have to figure out a time to mow either this eve which won't happen because of church or tomorrow evening when im trying to load up and get ready to leave by probably 3:30ish fridee mernin.

On top of that, i have to go the long way to get out of here because the Roosevelt bridge over the lake is closed because the lake has waves going over it. Its usually, i dunno....25 or 30 feet from the bridge down to the water.

Well its definitely not sadurdee but it is at least fridee. 64 to a sun shiney then turning thunderboomery 85 this evening. Not ideal for last minute loading of the truck but most of it is already done.

Mid 80s on another beautiful Saturday - before the rain arrives tomorrow afternoon.

Do I just mow, or go ahead and bale hay?

Guess i need to mow again this afternoon. I had the yard fertilized last week and its growing fast. I wanted to wait till sundee to mow so it would be closer to all of the forcasted rain/thunderboomers next week but now it says its supposed to rain tomorrow mernin. I think we are up to right at 30 inches of rain for the year now.

Eric, thank you so much for keeping the board alive for this long. I kept hoping that people would come back but i guess my hope is lost. The board has been up and down over tbe last couple of weeks and we can't expect you to spend more time and money on what it has become. Farewell my friend and thank you for all you have done for the 4-wheeling community.

I bow out with gratitude.
